Addressing Housing and Homelessness

Everyone in California deserves a safe, secure place to call home. Housing and homelessness are two of the most pressing issues facing our state – and I am prepared to tackle these crises head on with bold, urgent action in the State Assembly. To address the housing crisis, I will work to cut red tape and streamline permitting processes so that we can rapidly build more affordable housing for working families. I will also advocate for programs that create pathways to homeownership, so that every family in California has the opportunity to build long-term stability.

As your Assemblymember, I will push for investments in supportive and mental health programs aimed at addressing the root causes of homelessness.
